HOURS OF BUSINESS - Monday - Friday, 0830 to 1700.


Orders are generally processed within one business day.  

For next WORKING day delivery, orders need to be received by 12PM Mon-Fri.

We process but do not ship orders over the weekend. If you place an order over the weekend it will be shipped Monday.

We deliver via Royal Mail or Fedex or other courier at our discretion and require a physical delivery address (not a PO Box) as items delivered by courier will require a signature.

For orders shipped within the UK, we ship via Royal Mail 1st Class.

Orders under £50.00 will have a £3.99 delivery charge added.

Orders over £50.00 have no delivery charge.

Next working day courier is charged at £6.00.

Please allow an extra day for deliveries to Northern Ireland.

Orders to countries within the EU are charged at £12.00 and are not tracked once the order leaves the UK. 

Orders to countries outside the EU are charged at £12.00 and are not tracked once the order leaves the UK. 


Protective Seat Covers will gladly accept returns for items that are in an 'as new' condition within 30 days from the date of purchase. The items must be new in appearance and free from dirt, hair etc.  Items must have been purchased directly from Items not purchased directly from must be returned to the original place of purchase.

Please note that Protective Seat Covers will only reimburse the cost of postage to return an item where there is a genuine fault with the item being returned.



We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from us. If you need to return, simply post your unwanted item within 30 days of receipt, unused and in its original condition:

We recommend selecting a shipping method that includes a tracking number.

Please include a brief explanation of your return, including a copy of the invoice or invoice number and your Authorised Return Number.

To make an exchange, please follow the above return process, and then place a new order for the items you would like.  Exchanges are handled as separate transactions.  Your return will be credited to your credit card and your new order will be charged to your credit card.
